I checked Twitter myself and saw literally no post ever mentioning this guy's name from anyone with a verified account like Pompeo or @FLOTUS. This is just some distraction to give bored folks something to chase after and waste their time on, much like "Simon Parke" and any other psedo-personalities that get brought up. I've been on the chans, Reddit, etc since before Wikileaks happened. This is common way to rile up new eyes and I've never seen one of these folks be legit Example of someone legit? Bill Cooper.
