One of them said he watched the inauguration at 7am spanish time (1am central). That’s a full 10 hours before it was supposed to have taken place. People (local) have also been commenting about different weather in the city at the time of the inauguration versus what was broadcast, but I’d need to see more on that too. Pre-recorded ceremony?
