Well I will say this. Someone I know was sitting dead center of where the attack hit the Pentagon on 9/11. Those that weren't instantly killed were badly burned (edit to clarify: from that section of it) and traumatized. After that happens to people you work with, I would guess there are those left that swear to get to the bottom of what happened; and those that were part of it. So....... a split in power is my guess. I'm not sure how it may have morphed since then.
