a) no
b) even if it were, on super-slim remote conceivable chance, maybe true... it's still a total red-herring waste of time... and if far more likely to be well-poisoning disinformation I know it sounds luridly bizarre, and that, in and of itself, is compelling... but if it were actually true, you'd already know for 100% sure.
