Has anyone actually seen the video besides the cops who supposedly saw & barfed all over it?

I remember seeing that video of what sounded like Podesta torturing a kid at backstage somewhere during a concert at Comet Pizza before it disappeared from youtube, but have seen nothing else.

Who (that is trustworthy) confirmed the evidence of the video existing?
