It is exactly true. People disappoint themselves with their expectations... expectations that are based on their own misinterpretations. People need to keep their focus on the bigger picture. And stop letting their ego get in the way...which is what ultimately causes them to question the legitimacy of Q in order to keep from having to admit it was "they" who was wrong
