No, I don't believe that I'm smarter than anyone else. I live with this disease on a daily basis. Can you point me to some scientific research about resurrecting beta cells and curing type 1 diabetes?
Edit: nevermind. I think I found what you're talking about. It could happen... They're all the way up to injecting stem cells into mice now, and it works sometimes. I'll let the diabetes community know that our cure is just 10 years or so away... For realsies this time, not like the last 30 years they've been telling us that.
