• Heaps of people carrying them around
• None of the envelopes look like they have ever been closed
• People seem to have received them at an entrance. Vacant chairs don't have envelopes; people "arriving" with envelopes in hand
• No one seems concerned about the contents. Plenty of people casually holding them in their hand, while chatting.
• One oddity is that Sander's envelope is marked with a name, by hand; that's not true for all.

I've seen enough; those are programs or some other "memories", people received. Is there a possibility that certain envelopes contained something else than others? Yes, of course. I haven't seen anything pointing to that being the case, though.
