As a retired cop, I can tell you straight up that there is no “obscure US Corp/Admirality Law” day in the academy. If I walk into any judges chambers and ask them what the gold fringe around the flag means, they won’t have a clue. Nobody knows..no cop, judge, prosecutor, attorney...no one. In one of his videos he talks about how he was able to convince a judge to see things his way. I doubt that.

Sovereign Citizen types are the most annoying people the legal system deals with. They may make valid points that many of us agree with, but reality still hits them straight in the face when they try to argue against the actual law which is the only law upheld in any courtroom in the US.

Furthermore, he claims he was beat up by the cops. He has no right to refuse to cooperate. No detainee has that right. If people could just refuse, it would be chaos.
