There are distinct blur anomalies on the right shoulder of McCarthy and all along his outline of his body. Plus, his face has a different focus than that of Trump's and I know todays cameras have the ability have multiple focal points but not this one. The photographer would have made sure he was getting the correct focus on both Trump and McCarthy.
