The Army of the South just about pulled it off...I think that one of the main reasons that the Confederacy lost the Civil War was that they were too "honorable". Had they broke ranks and blended back into the population like the Viet Cong did, it would have made it a lot tougher on Grant and Uncle Billy. They played by the "rules" that were indoctrinated into Lee at West Point, (to a certain extent) and that didn't help their cause...I believe this is the one major lesson we need to remember as we move ahead with our little "operation"...
