Someone ran with this version and (like a game of telephone) it has been reiterated to the point of being presumed factual. There are even claims that it came from the FBI. The truth is that no one knows what walnut sauce means. The guesses that make more sense to me are the ones claiming that it's adrenochrome, because the pineal gland resembles a walnut.
