By the way, I was looking for real estate in Ottawa back in 2014-ish. Wow, I was shocked. Really really high, but was living in Fredericton at the time which is some of the most affordable housing in Canada. Only downside of living in NB, were the lack of family doctors. We waited two years to get a family Doc, and it was quite a drive... but worth it... was a great Doc and took real good care of my family on more than a few occasions.
