Good was wise chief engineer of the project, he knew everything or enough,all was to set proper initial conditions (laws of physics) and on 7th "day" instead of working fingers to the bone he decided to rest - everything was turned on after all. Why to fuck with the project manually if the project will do itself well ?

Of course some things were fucked up by subcontractor called "satan" so from time to time he (God) needs to intervene,make some exceptions,corrections and so - but you know - this project is quite complex and complicated,so even god himself decided to make it easy and working instead of wasting time on making ideal project.
