I thing the WH is empty. Anything we see is either the Castle Rock set or green screened (hence the girl in white behind Bidens right shoulder during swearing in who went POOF! now you see me, now you dont.

This is all a movie, remember? With lots of actors and sets. And it also lines up with the mil not answering to Biden, no travel on AF1, no big public appearances, no access to Space Force or tge Pentagon. Etc etc.
