Snopes will lie head on, not often, but they do. I have seen it before. That being said, I am not affirming that Myanmar used Smartmatic. I am still researching the issue. The Myanmar Fact sheet seems to indicate they used paper ballots. Looking for alternative sources since that fact sheet says it was funded by the European Union, and I wouldn't trust those fuckers with 2 cents.
