Wow. When did I call God a liar? Sheesh. This is the kind of judgemental hostility that turned me OFF of organized religion. In my experience, the hardcore so-called CHristians are the most intolerant, judgemental people of anyone I've ever met. Always ready to crucify others for the slightest transgression. No compassion. No mercy. NOT AT ALL LIKE JESUS TOLD US TO BE.

If you really wanted to do as Jesus would do, you would try talking to people with kindness and compassion. You would invite a conversation, so that you could share your views and maybe bring someone around to your way of thinking. Instead, you get all holier than thou.

I think Jesus himself would reprimand YOU for your intolerance and lack of compassion. Whereas he woud sit down with me to discuss things and show me the way to Truth.

SO in my book, you FAIL as a real Christian.

You also fail in your logic. Because a book doesn't "say" anything. Only the authors do. So if men wrote the Bible, and men are fallible, then it is possible that the "divinely inspired" claim was made by men with ulterior agendas.
