One of my undergraduate degrees is in cell biology (the other was physics), my graduate work was in bio-nanotechnology. We can talk at any level you want.

Synthesizing adrenochrome is easy. You can buy it online. I think there are other derivatives of epinephrine that are also part of the blood equation, such as adrenochrome semicarbazone (something else you can buy online). But the chemicals are only part of the equation, I think its where it comes from that holds a lot of the power. Remember, these people are religious (fanatically), and their indoctrination and control is psychological. They don't use physical chains (err, in public).

As for the studies of its effects, the reality of the human condition is, belief IS our reality. If something has only a "small effect" psychotropically (which I am not sure is true and small is always subjective) it can have a large effect on a persons perception of reality if they believe it does. As an example, a small mount of alcohol can drastically change our personal interactions (as a "social lubricant"), even though technically (and legally) speaking we are more than sober enough to do anything. No small part of that effect is purely because past experience with alcohol teaches us that drinking will loosen us up, so we become looser almost immediately. The same is true for any drug. The smallest amount can have large effects on an addict, 90% from pure belief.

The simplest conclusion

There is nothing simple about a hundreds to thousands year old group of (the original) Satan worshipers who own and control all of the worlds governments. You can't say that sentence (and believe it has any veracity) and then use the words "the simplest conclusion." You first have to digest that sentence, then try to fit everything you see into it. That is the only way to understand goals, motivations, beliefs, powers, and scope.

Do we just abandon Occam's Razor? Not at all, but we do have to suspend disbelief and apply logic and reason to the otherwise unbelievable reality that presents itself to us when we allow ourselves to open our eyes.

It is exactly disbelief that has allowed them to control us for so long. It doesn't matter that "The Illuminati" have been the unspoken cabal group for centuries of our history. It doesn't matter that there is no one in the world who hasn't heard of them. It doesn't matter that their symbolism is EVERYWHERE (every single countries currency, architecture, city layouts, etc) and completely obvious. What matters is that all those things are true, and yet most people believe they don't exist.

Until you allow for the possibility of such an otherwise insane scope to exist, all your protestations will simply be you trying to hold onto the much less insane world you (and your beliefs) have lived with all your life.
