ANY aircraft that the president is flying on takes on the call sign "Air Force One"

Doesn't matter if it's a Cessna, a C130, or the VC25, or this AF2.

This aircraft IS - I believe - AF2 - the aircraft dedicated to flying the VP.

This aircraft IS used often by POTUS when flying to places that simply cannot physically accommodate a 747; the runways are too short & such.

This IS an official GOVT aircraft used for flying VP & POTUS.

Trump flew on these smaller aircraft many times too - you can see them in the background of many of his rallies.

ETA: The aircraft in this video DOES look like the C32 to me...
