No other options seem logical to me at this point.

Also, watch for [them] to try to amend the 2/3 majority conviction rule down to a simple majority in order to get a conviction. Since we all know [they] ONLY play by [their] rules, and love to change the rules as [they] go and see fit, I expect [them] to at least make an attempt.
