What's the difference between that paradox and the same one you encounter before you accept that all energy simply existed?
Edit: What if I proclaimed that our logic is flawed as a species because of that paradox and that what others refer to as the singularity is my God? Would you refute that by claiming that energy couldn't be conscious? I look in the mirror and I see energy manifesting as consciousness. I can assume it happens on larger scales, too.
