I do think that Team Trump already has much of this under control. I suspect that all the States have to move their connectivity with the Federal Gov. from USA Inc. to the Republic of the USA. Possibly, they will need to run under the new gold back currency. They will have to no choice but to make huge concessions and profound changes to the operation of the State.
