Also - as it's been explained to me - most of the scriptures are actually allegorical for an internal - spiritual work - not an external physical work.

So when you read about great battles or forgiveness or these kinds of things, it's an internal work - even the idea of the antichrist, lucifer and etc. is better applied to your own internal demons that it is to some kind of movie plot in the physical.world.

There isn't much historical evidence that Jesus existed - rather it was more a repeated fable and parable of the era - that ran for several hundred years again and again - prior to 1 AD - there were similar stories doing the rounds - and Christ - sounds awfully similar to Krishna if you ask me !

It's all the same thing - you have to know how to interpret it !
