I think the thought experiment here isn’t to necessarily say that hitler was the good guy but to question the possibility that the education you’ve received may be as truthful as the history being written right now. Much like the civil war was started for reasons other than what is shoved down our throats today. Not that slavery wasn’t part of it, but it runs much deeper than the noble act of freeing slaves.
