Some people are blessed good genetics. Is Kurt Russel? He looks like he might. I can't say for sure. Maybe he has used adrenochrome. It doesn't seem like it. He hasn't degenerated like a lot of other Hollywood celebrities who have been missing out on it. Namely Johnny Depp (who is younger) and Kathy Griffin.

He may be higher up on the totem pole and so he may get preference for Adrenochrome distribution but I don't think so. We'll never know unless we have our own intelligence network. I think he's just a guy blessed with good genetics and a decent plastic surgeon. He may not even need the surgeon all that much. I dunno.

Where I'm from everybody shows age because they work themselves crazy don't have the money for a plastic surgeon. Some of them age less than others. While I wouldn't say the work keeps them looking younger some people certainly don't show it the wear and tear as much.
