When one party actually wins (more votes) an election, and the other cheats and is incorrectly certified, on what logic or law do you do anything but honor the election already held on the Constitutionally-mandated date?

Now if a legitimate winner (clearly the most votes) could not be determined, that could be another matter. But that is not the case here.
If you completely beat me at something but I cheat and you prove that, what, you should give me a do-over?
