And in most cases there was a case of a saved or missing child correlating to the same age & location as the puppy...

I also found that the suspicious wayfair rug/child listings led to pics on Yandex of children "sleeping" (more like knocked out & drugged) & also teens holding dogs & puppies...

In other words:
