Yep!!! I went on a dig, and was looking into how Martial Law is even instituted. And there is no real precedent set as to when it can be declared. And one of major cases I found was the one in the link above, which references Ex Parte Milligan.

Mulligan's crime isn't what I focused on either, it was the judgements that came out of it. Stating that if, within a country, even if it be at war, and even if there is insurgency happening and there are hostile territories within the country, in the areas where there is peace, then in those areas of peace, civil court can take place. But in the hostile areas where regular court cannot take place, Military Tribunals are necessary.

And with that being said, I do believe that by our Supreme Court deciding that even with mountains of evidence, that they refused to even bring into thier courts by the denial of hundreds of, Writs of Certiorari (which is the request made to the appellate court to review all of the evidence and information in all of the lower courts) acted VERY Unconstitutionally. I say this is unconstitutional because they acted of some other will, than that of the people who they are supposed to work in the best interest of. Furthermore, this was no ordinary case either, this was a case that was supposed to be hearing whether or not The 2020 Election was tampered with leading to a fraudulent outcome through the aid of foriegn interests, instead of The American People. Which is TREASON!!! So by denying the writs, and defining the case as, "moot". I declare that our Supreme Court has further perpetuated the former Act of Treason, and has thereby deemed itself, a malfunctioning organ of our governmental body.

And if our Supreme Court, which is the highest law of the land in our country, cannot perform its duties without committing treason against our very country, I would further declare, that The Military needs to step in. The precedent has been set.

It is time for our military to step in, if they have not already, and uphold thier oath to the constitution to protect this country from enemies both foriegn, AND DOMESTIC!!! I as a taxpaying citizen of The United States of America do call upon the military sworn to protect me and my family, to do what they are sworn to do. And hold the tyrannical powers of our government, that are acting in treason, being the current presidential administration, the supreme court, and members of congress that have aided both of the formerly mentioned in their treasonous endeavors accountable for thier actions via Military Tribunals, and to remove these people and use emergency action to hold special emergency elections using paper ballots only and a hand counting method to determine who will fill the vacancies.

This is what I say. I may only be a lowly citizen, but if I am understanding the laws, and the lack of the upholding of our constitution, then I do not believe I am wrong. I could be. But I know I'm not as wrong as the treasonous serpents that have been trying to sell our very country out from underneath us, and who have been stealing our money, and killing our people in a mass genocidal effort through the pushing of a false pandemic narritive.

I hope they see this though. And realize that they can hide behind courtroom doors, and speak latin all they want. BUT DAMMIT!!! THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT!!!!
