Edit: The problem isn’t just a low collective IQ. It’s impulse control and an inability to live beyond the moment. They are simply not wired to build or maintain civilization. And left to their own they would be right back to living as they lived for 200,000+ years, as natural gatherers. Then finally, free to be what they are, they can finally be happy.
