I am a land surveyor in FL, and I can tell you there are tons of people from other states (Michigan especially) buying land here.

I have done about 3x more projects already this year compared to last year (I am on job 123 for the year... I was on job 40 one year ago). I have to turn down 10-20+ projects everyday because we are already working above capacity.

It is so weird to hear about all the people that are out of work or locked in their homes.... we never shut down, never missed a day of work and our economy is BOOMING, even with the imposter-in-chief in the white house. Builders are calling all the time to see if we know of any lots available they could build on. FL is in a different reality compared to the rest of the country (or blue states at least).... thanks to our Chad Governor!
