It makes alot of sense when you consider it alongside that video of Trump from years ago. To paraphrase: "Someday I would like to lose everything for a period of time, just to see who is really loyal."
Also I would add that money in the 'rona bill. How many billions in payoffs do you think our guys will be tracking? How much of it can be seized under EO 13848?
