Counterpoint: I do not agree that it's a LARP account by some South Asians. The way the archive.org wayback machine works is that it takes on the local settings of the archiver's browser. In this case, it happens to be that the archiving machine is Tamil. Why this is so is anyone's guess, but perhaps someone in India or Sri Lanka or someone with such a background took interest in it and decided to be the first to archive the Twitter page. None of the content however is in Tamil, but in English. The very next snapshot, on July 20, 2019, is in English:
