I believe they did have a stream. It was through their yt channel that I watched Trump's speech at CPAC. I even posted that on this site when people were asking where to watch it.

Of course, I perhaps don't understand how these things work, but I know they were different than the other streams because I had several open at once while waiting for it to begin.

Editing to add (because I see further down you said they were a mirror of RSBN - george's stream didn't play the rsbn hosts talking for the hour before Trump showed up, It played Battle Hymn of the Republic, over & over & over...until Trump showed up).
