I'll take a stab at this; Trump can support candidates whose political views align with the 'America First' policy that Trump began. If money has to come from the RNC Then we'll continue to get RINOS. If money can instead come from Trump back PACs (Political Action Committees) then, we stand a much better chance of getting candidates that run on the 'America First' agenda instead of the RINOS. A benefit of this is that candidates would be vetted before getting our hard earned dollars.
