I got shot down on another post about trees in a background. This video of hilary is a bit more detailed in the background and has clearly defined leaves. Which is suspicious but not impossible. I assume this is at her residence in NY we don't see leaves on trees here until April and May depending on the tree or shrub.

Speaking of shrubs, it doesn't appear to be a holly(jaggy edges on leaves). But it could be a rhodedendron. They have oval leaves that are more long than wide and spread out like if you spread all your fingers. I am not aware of any other broad leaved tree or shrub that keeps its leaves here in the winter...or I would have planted it around my house too.

^In regards to the Biden video, it is on the Whitehouse youtube page with a title of "President Biden Marks The 56th Anniversary Of Bloody Sunday" It's the weird video that looks like some one shot it with two cellphones.
