They will make the buying, selling, trading, and inheriting of guns and ammo much harder. All it takes is a little victory here and there, maybe throw in a few big victories for them, over a long period of time of no serious and successful resistance to their attempts. If, by at some point, the time comes and patriots have to rise up, we would have nothing left but pea shooters and water guns compared to what the compromised military and law enforcement can use against us.
