My first response would be to ask the employer why this wasn’t a requirement for flu over the previous period of my employment given that by the CDCs (UK would be the ONS) own data shows that flu is still a much bigger killer than the virus then I would require for the employer to provide me and my family with any and all cover including the right to sue them if I suffer any side effects or consequences due to taking the vaccine and for this cover to carry through my whole lifetime...Think also risk management and health and safety at work laws. Here you could use the same legal principles as is used with other work related illnesses like the consequences of working with Asbestos etc I would also make that requirement based on the lack of trials and testing of these vaccines and the negative effects that have happened plus the inability of myself to be able to sue the pharmacy company that made the vaccine....
That’s where I would start then I would move down the long and provable list for example, that this virus has a 99.8% survival rate....etc etc
An employers requirement for existing employees must be ‘reasonable’ in legal terms and the current scientific data just doesn’t pass that threshold...
