The idea of the future being pushed in this game seems to be a future that is NOT a part of the Q plan or the Great Awakening. I see absolutely nothing in there that supports either of those ideas.
White hat means someone working towards a non-elite ruled world, with some level of power to influence events.
This game has the elites still completely in control of half the PCs. (The game elites seem to be one of the two factions you can choose to be). This is not about destroying the elites. This is about a struggle against them, in which they have already fulfilled most of their plan.
