Range can be anywhere from a few hundred to over 8,600 Miles. Depending on it’s load out and mission parameters.

It’s usual complement of Cruise Missiles is of the 3M-54 Kalibr series which depending on which variant of the series has a pretty substantial range all on its own. They are also capable of mounting Thermonuclear warheads in place of the usual HE warheads.

If there was fears of a rouge sub armed with Nuclear Warheads. I’d hazard a guess there’d be dozens of ships and aircraft scanning.

Since there’s not. It’s an indication that either it’s a repeat of the Kursk disaster. Or that they were monitoring it and it dropped off their scopes.
