Large tunnel systems under major cities and underground military bunkers (not miles deep) are not the same thing as an entire network of gigantic 40 level underground cities 10 miles deep that can house millions, connected by a worldwide network of maglev trains that travel at the speed of sound.
I have seen sufficient evidence that I think the first is certain and the second is plausible, but I have NOT seen sufficient evidence to support the second conclusively. In fact I have seen purposeful disinformation on the second which suggests it may not be true.
That doesn't mean it isn't true. In a disinformation war, disinformation could come from any side for any purpose that is not obvious to the audience. But, until I see really good evidence for this huge underground world that supposedly exists, I will remain a healthy skeptic.
