You could easily argue that the majority, by far the majority, of those clips are related more to the use of either or both legal and illegal drugs/medication etc....
For me its a big ‘next’ step to believe that this drug taking is because of these individuals having been subject to any kind of mind altering or mind control agenda of some sort ... that I find a stretch at best.... of course it could well be very true but for me, at least these particular images of the people in this video having all been or being subject to mind control or some form of mind altering BUT I don’t think this video is proof by any stretch, as to any of these individuals being subject to nothing more than substance abuse and or under the influence of some drug or medication etc.... for the sole purpose of mind control.....!
With the ‘glowing eyes’ part I am sure those people in those clips were talking about the personal security teams there who were wearing passive night viewer contact lenses.... which would give them short range night vision..... in the selection of photos of the individuals themselves as comparison photos you can see they are definitely ‘guarding’ someone close to them by their posture and positions relative to people around them..... and that those being ‘protected’ not having ‘glowing eyes’ in both photos for comparison......
