Yeah from the Pompeo's flag and lock tweet and private tweet 3 minutes later on Jan 16th, 2021, in regards to Q post 503. It doesn't even account for the timing.
I tried to do some probability analysis on the chances of decoding that binary message into a coherent Q message that went directly with the Q post. With widest boundaries possibly imaginable and then some, it was less than 1 in 1 million for the message to be coherent and connect with the Q post at all.
But in reality the message was much cleaner and the boundaries were much narrower, so basically mathematically unable to be a coincidence.
Anyone know how to link a pdf? It's like 20 pages.
*Edit, it's kind of complicated to explain this proof but it's very solid. Basically, Pompeo sent out the message ",QF¦QQF" in his tweet at 5:00pm. 3 minutes later he posted on his private account at 5:03 with a single Q sprinkled in the post, to signify Q post 503 which reads

Revised Including Q
Coincidence?
