As an American, I was in St. Petersburg in 2019, and the Russians I met seemed to love him. Shopkeepers, restauranteurs, guides, and translators spoke highly of Putin, and seemed optimistic about good relations with Trump and us (US). Many of the tourist shops, along with one high-end department store, sold tons of Trump with Putin paraphernalia (mugs, flags, tchotchkes, etc.). IMHO: The unjust propaganda regarding the stated anti-globalist, anti-NWO, President Putin, spewed by nearly all Western media, is nothing short of Nazism. Then again, how can I know as I don’t even speak the language — yet.
