First one I disagree because fraud cancels everything. You're not removing the legally elected president: you're removing an impostor, a usurper, a tyrant, a traitor who just committed a coup d'etat. Big difference.

Supreme Court could easily have heard the case, and seen enough blatant evidence of fraud in ten minutes to render a 9-0 verdict for the plaintiff. Fraud cancels everything. Trump obviously won by a vast margin and retains office. Easiest decision in history of Supreme Court.
