Personally I would have turned to him and said "fuck, I did not expect a head getting unstuck from an ass hole to sound like English you low information voter, reprobate" and then struck him in the groin with a shoehorn. Honestly though, that would have unleashed a torrent of abuse from me given the circumstances. We are all at different places with this.
