I remember reading way back in 1987 in a copy of Smash Hits (a weekly pop magazine here in the UK) them quoting Madonna saying that TV was poison, and if she ever had kids they wouldn't be allowed to watch it. That was obviously well before, well whatever happened to her. It stood out to me at the time because I was only 8 myself, and it was the first time I'd heard an adult saying something like that, as you can imagine TV was just an accepted part of life that had been there since I was born.

Do you know what makes this freaky though? Thanks to VoatAnon, I was just thinking of that very quote before I clicked on the DM article link, only then to notice one of their side articles was... Madonna with her tits out again.
