I agree with one point in particular there is no federal government. It likely collapsed sometime before or after the election. This may be why SCOTUS is doing a whole lot of nothing. One thing I am curious of though is why haven't the states sort of ended the charade? Edit, never mind that is obvious now that I think about it.

There are some hints that this will eventually happen look at how many AG have aimed down some of these executive orders. However, I thought for sure Texas would be more outspoken or make some obvious moves.
