I agree with one point in particular there is no federal government. It likely collapsed sometime before or after the election. This may be why SCOTUS is doing a whole lot of nothing. One thing I am curious of though is why haven't the states sort of ended the charade? Edit, never mind that is obvious now that I think about it.

One thing I am curious of though is why haven't the states sort of ended the charade? There are some hints that this will eventually happen look at how many AG have aimed down some of these executive orders. However, I thought for sure Texas would be more outspoken or make some obvious moves.
