Unfortunately for me, forcing myself to wake up early (I can 'go to bed early' which only leads to laying awake in bed for hours (when I could be working) and not falling asleep until well after midnight, only to wake up 4 - 5 hours later) only makes me tired and less productive, prone to errors. When I sleep the schedule my body wants (somewhere close to 4am - 11am) I can work all day and into the night and be 3 times as productive.
