Thanks for this post! I always think I’m one of the last to awaken, but there are many more like me.

I’m French (studied English lit and civilisations as long as I can remember) and supported Trump in 2016 because I was opposed to all that Clinton represented. Thought Obama was a cool guy, and that the Republicans were not nice to him, preventing him from carrying out much needed reforms. I happily told people Trump did not know how to talk, used many « verys » instead of the appropriate word, etc. Still, I was never « woke » mentality and thought of myself as pretty much awake.

Then Covid 2020, was scared for about two months, wiping away fruits and vegetables and plastic. The paradoxes started showing themselves when the government gave one instruction and then blatantly retracted for the contrary.

Then November 2020, really wanted Trump to win. Did some maths, Trump was sure to win. Then he « did not », was depressed and a Canadian Q guy, Alexis Cossette who explained how Trump acted in the way of Sun Tsu, i.e. appear weak when the strongest. The way he explained it all was brilliant and it got me interested in following the elections more closely. Even then I knew it was stolen, but I hadn’t understood how things were. Journalists were still objective people - except for Fox on the right side with what I thought was « garbage news » and CNN ditto on the left. I was pretty much of a parrot.

Then, I started delving into the Constitution (useful for my job too) and the way legislatures work and all that, and listened to Trump’s speeches, and only then did I realise that the media lie and lie all the time.

Then, later on, I watched the Fall of the Cabal. And that changed a lot really. I don’t believe there’s any going back after that.

So, the election has opened my eyes to the lies of the media and the Fall of the Cabal to the corrupt system all around us.

Now, I proudly never wear my mask in liberal Paris, I don’t care what others say, I defend Trump as much I can, got involved in a local party here in Paris for the first time in my life, and all in all, pretty grateful to God to have my eyes open at such an important moment in history.
