I believe such graphs/tables already exist elsewhere, just not sure where. Maybe a month or two ago, one of the podcasts I listen to for political analysis (The Lotus Eaters), mentioned the statistics for the UK vs. things like cancer and heart disease. Fairly sure they said COVID didn't make the top 10 or 20 for the year.
In terms of the CDC data, I'm not entirely sure where to get those numbers on their site. They are inflated, as their report about 94% having co-morbidities suggested. Here's two links to start with.
